HFP shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any property will be displayed and used on this site, and in any promotion, advertising or marketing of this site and any properties advertised herein.  Further, HFP shall have the right to modify or remove any information on the Site at any time. Realtors or real estate companies who submit properties to be advertised on this site  are solely responsible to receive all necessary authorization and rights before submitting any property descriptions, company information, financial data, maps, photographs, or any other information to the Site. Realtors or real estate companies which submit properties to be advertised warranty that all associated information provided to the Site will be accurate at the time of its submission, and will notify HFP in a timely fashion should there be changes in the properties price, status, or any other information. HFP reserves the right to remove all or any part of information or refuse services to anyone at any time in its sole discretion for any reason.

Restrictions on Use

All content on this site is solely for the individual use and viewing of anyone accessing this site solely while they are on the site.
