When could your info be given to another party? When you find a property you’d like more information about, we will contact you personally by telephone to confirm that you’re actually willing to let us give out your contact info. We will then contact whatever agent listed that property and allowed us to display the property on our website. Once they (and their Managing Broker) sign a referral agreement and fax it back to us, we will give them your contact information, and we will give you theirs.

After that, it’s up to you, and them, to pursue any interest you might have in the property. However, at the time every realtor signs the agreement to allow us to display their listing on our website, they also agree not to divulge your contact information to anyone other than their Managing Broker unless they have your specific permission.

We will also give your info to any law enforcement agency when requested or otherwise compelled by law to do so, whether we have your permission or not.

When might we use your info? We like to send emails out to all the folks who register to use our site whenever we find something interesting, informative or downright funny having to do with outdoor sports or wildlife. If you don’t want to receive these emails, there is a link to “opt out” on every email, which will get you removed from our mailing list, no questions asked (although we guarantee you’re going to miss some cool stuff if you do.)
