Hunting And Fishing Paradise.com is a website that seeks to put buyers together with realtors who have outdoor-recreation oriented listings in some of the finest hunting and fishing locales in the Midwest.

Here you’ll find all kinds of properties, from small hunting plots to huge lodges with private lakes on hundreds of acres. At any given time we might have one-acre lakefront lots, wilderness properties of hundreds of acres with thousands of yards of pristine trout streams, primitive cabins in the heart of trophy deer country, or luxury waterfront condominiums.

We don’t just sit and wait for realtors to contact us to put their listings on our website; we actively search a number of different resources for the listings that we feel would most interest the people who use our site, and then call the realtors and invite them to advertise on our website.

We’re very popular with realtors because, unlike other sites of this type, we DON’T CHARGE realtors for advertising their listings. We only charge them if we send them a buyer, and then only when they close on a purchase.

When you visit our website, you can register (for free) to search through our offerings by state, county, price, and even the kind of critter you want to pursue, if any (trout, black bear, grouse…?).

If you decide you want to contact the realtor who’s listed the property directly, we will ask you for your NAME and TELEPHONE NUMBER. One of our people will then call you personally to confirm your information. At this point, a BUYER REFERRAL AGREEMENT will be faxed to the listing agent’s managing broker for their signature.

As soon as we receive that signed agreement back, we will give the agent your name and number, and we’ll call you back with theirs. After that, it’s up to you.
